Returns and refunds
The 60-day guarantee
You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to decide. Wear it through real flares. If the Titanryx™ cap does not stay soft, stay cold long enough, or make your bad days easier, we will take it back and refund you in full, even if it has been used.
How to start a return
- Email hello@titanryx.com with your order number.
- We reply within one business day with a prepaid USPS return label. No photos, no forms.
- Drop the package at any USPS location. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of the package arriving at our warehouse.
Damaged or wrong item
If your cap arrives damaged or you received the wrong color, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement right away at no cost.
Bundles
Bundle prices depend on quantity. If you return part of a bundle, the remaining caps are charged at the price of the next smaller bundle and the difference is refunded.
Where this applies
We currently ship to and accept returns from addresses in the United States. Return shipping is free with our prepaid label.
